  13. TrackBacks, particularly at HaloScan, but also with TypePad, have been having issues lately. HaloScan is rejecting many and TypePad isn't recording all. When you have a HaloScan site and a TypePad site trying to ping one or the other, all kinds of weird stuff happens.
