Ask Questions. Now!

We're concluding questions for the crew at The Nose On Your Face this weekend. Potfry and Buckley F Williams are scheduled next on the interviews, and we'd like some more questions sent in.

Don't forget that we're also giving away a DVD to someone at the end of the month. Every submission of questions gets in the drawing. We did this in August ... and a questioner from NZ won! She's received her DVD ... though shipping took a few extra days for the DVD to be shipped to New Zealand.

Anyway, if you submit a question for the Blog Interviews, you'll get in the drawing for your choice (within reason) for a DVD.

And this week would be a great time to ask questions of Potfry and Buckley F Williams. Yes, both Potfry and Buckley F Williams were scheduled earlier. Buckley did his interview ... but Potfry had some issues interfere with his scheduled interview.

So, we're taking questions for them now that they have joined forces over at The Nose. So bombard them with questions. It'll be fun.

Bribery. Again.

In August, we tried giving away a DVD to those that submitted questions for the Blog Interviews.

It worked. We got a lot of responses. Or a lot of questions. Which was what we were after.

Well, we didn't do the DVD drawing for September questions. And we didn't get a lot of questions. And that bothers me.

You see, we had some really, really interesting bloggers answering questions. And, quite honestly, we should have received a lot more questions. Like we did in September.

So, bribery again. We're putting every submission into a drawing. And, at the end of October, we'll draw a winner for a DVD.

Maybe you'll win. Like our our August winner did.

Anyway, submit a question to one of the upcoming bloggers. Any of them. And, if we draw your questions, you'll win a DVD from Amazon.com. Which DVD? Well, I'll let the winner choose. As long as it's reasonable and in stock. I'll buy it and send it out to the winner.

So, send in your questions. And please, PLEASE, use the links on the Upcoming Interviews page. I have them for a reason. Just typing something in the subject doesn't always work. And they won't get counted in the entries, because of the way I've set it up. So use the email links, okay?

Interview Winner (2nd Drawing)

I mentioned last weekend that the person who won the DVD in the interview questions drawing had not responded. And they had until Friday to respond. They didn't. So, to the person who sent in this question, sorry.

For those that forgot, here's what happened.

To try to increase questions being submitted for interviews, I announced that I was throwing all the submissions in August into a drawing. The winner would get a DVD of choice. Anything within reason.

And the person I drew hasn't responded. So, no winner. I draw another.

Here's the funny thing. The question drawn (the new winner) is for an interview that hasn't been posted yet. Questions for Dr. Andrew McAllister (To Love, Honor and Dismay) are still being taken. But Lisa sent the question in during the timeframe of the drawing. So, she wins for submitting a question ... that hasn't even been sent to the blogger.

She has until Friday to claim her DVD. Okay, to respond and tell me what DVD she wants.

We had a lot of questions sent in during August. A lot more than came in July. And September, so far. I'm wondering if I ought to try bribing you folks every month.

It's a thought.

Anyway, if you haven't sent in a question to any of the bloggers coming up, do so. Check this page. It's got the list of upcoming bloggers being interviewed. Use the "Ask Your Questions" links to submit a question to a blogger. Or two. Or more.
