Thank you, Barack Obama?

Suppose I broke into your house. Suppose during my break-in, I took your TV, your computer, your jewelry ... but I left your silverware. And I left you a note telling you I left your silverware. Would you thank me?

No?

Why not? Because I'm not Barack Obama?

That's what Obama is doing: he and Democrats say people should say "thank you" to the government for leaving you some of your own money. Which they will end up taking from you later. And from your children. And from your grandchildren.

So, if you must thank him for not taking all of your money, you should thank someone who robs you, but doesn't clean you out.
