  4. That pirate article is so ridiculous. So what if they were popular, Al Capone was popular too, due to the soup kitchens and other things he did specifically to become popular. (Also because people wanted alcohol and saw the providers as simply giving them something they wanted). But it doesn't make him any less of a killer.
