A small favor

When we bought our house a couple years ago, the one thing we knew we wanted to do was pull up the wall to wall carpeting and refinish the hardwood floors. It's a small house and once we moved in we thought we'd have to give up on that goal. Well, this summer, we threw caution to the wind and decided to go ahead and try.

Once we got into the job, we quickly realized that we were in over our head. We needed help. We called on our friend Joseph, a contract painter in New York, to come down to Middle Georgia and help us out. He came; he's here. And he's reading my blog -- where he found that I have not been posting about the floors.

He was disappointed.

Last night as midnight was closing in and he was still up painting I (finally!) put up a post about Joseph. Now my little blog is not heavily trafficked and doesn't get a lot of comments. I'd like Joseph to get some encouraging words as he enters the home stretch. He's been working a week and the goal is to be finished by Monday.

So today I'm asking each of you, if you have the time, could you please stop by and post a comment encouraging him on? I'd be very grateful if you did!

Thanks.
