Let's propose an amendment to the Constitution:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."How many Democrats, RINOs, newscasters, liberal bloggers, Constitutional scholars, U.S. presidents, etc, would recognize it for what it is.
And how many would criticize it as dangerous? Or racist? Or something.
Got the link here from Theodore's World.
ReplyDeleteThat was very well put Basil and probably more true than one would imagine.
