Catfish: One-run Loss Number 15

The Catfish winning streak ended at five games today as they dropped the final game of the series with the Hickory Crawdads (Pirates) 4-3. Although Columbus out-hit Hickory, two unearned runs did in the Catfish. The one-run loss with the 15th the Catfish have suffered this year.

Despite the loss, the Catfish took 3 of 4 from Hickory, and posted a 5-3 record for this home stand.

In the morning, the Catfish head to Greenville, SC for a 4-game series with the Bombers (Red Sox), then return to Columbus Friday to open a 4-game series with the Asheville Tourists (Rockies).
