Brunch and Open TrackBacks 2006-05-29

Thank You

First, to Agent Bedhead: Thank you! It was Agent Bedhead's first time pulling a guest stint here ... and I really appreciate her doing this for me ... and for you.

Next, to Phin: Thank you again! Phin was able to help out the last few days here, too. And again, Phin was great. He gets a big "thank you" too.

Unfortunately, Don Surber has connectivity issues that we're still trying to work out ... so we missed having him here. But I certainly appreciate his willingness to help out here.

New Friends

This weekend, the Wife and I had the opportunity to meet two bloggers face-to-face.

On Saturday, we met Alabama of Alabama Improper. And the kids. And took in a ballgame together. We had a blast. Well, okay, the Wife and I had a great time. We hope we didn't bore them to tears. But it was wonderful to meet them ... and we had a wonderful time.

On Sunday, after a ballgame in Montgomery ... we had a last-minute addition to our trip. The Wife and I met Dragonlady (Dragon's Den) and Mr. Dragon for coffee and supper. We had a wonderful time and look forward to meeting with them again sometime in the future.

Long Hours

After the long driving this weekend ... and some long, hot baseball games ... we were tired and slept late. And we have some serious catching up on things to do today. I'm late getting the interview questions out ... and other things I need to do. And we slept late. So, no Picnic this morning.
