Catfish Win 10-inning Contest

The Columbus Catfish guaranteed a .500 road trip by winning their third straight game, beating the Kannapolis Intimidators 5-3 in 10 innings.

The Catfish attack was led by 1B David Sutherland, who had 4 RBIs on a sacrifice fly, a walk, and a game-winning 10th inning homer.

Pitcher Marlon Arias was staked a 3-0 lead, but lost it in the 6th by allowing two walks and a single, aided by a Catfish error. Francisco Felix allowed a single hit over the last three innings and took the win.

Monday, the Catfish play Kannapolis in a morning game, hoping to guarantee a series and road trip win.
