Posting Images On Your Blogger Blog

BlogTipsBasilIn recent months, Blogger has added many, many features to its system. One of the drawbacks of Blogger in the past was the fact that it didn't include the ability to include images on your blog. To include images, you had to use a third-party service. They recommended Picasa (Hello).

But that was then. This is now.

Blogger now includes the ability to add pictures built-in to its system.

Here's how...

On your compose/edit page, select the Add Image button. In Compose mode, it's on the right:

On the HTML mode, it's on the left:

Click the Add Image button, and a pop-up window appears:

From this point, it's as easy as filling out a form. Click Browse and locate the image on your hard drive. Or, if you're using an image from another site, enter the URL in the URL box.

If you want the text in your post to wrap around your image (like the image of me at the top of this post), check Left, Center, or Right.

Finally, pick the image size, because if the image is over 400 pixels, it will resize it for display and provide a link to the full-size image.

Select Upload Image ... and wait for the image to transfer.

And that's it!
