Cynthia McKinney makes me want to choke myself to death every time she speaks. Oh Clinton and Boxer do as well.
ReplyDeleteI still need to mention in a post sometime about the place called "Free At Last Bail Bonds" which is located on Cynthia McKinney Parkway outside Atlanta. I'm just waiting for the right time and place.

Your vodka bill is up to 25 cents now,Basil! This was great stuff. (incidentally,I think these two stories are related somehow.) heh ;)

ReplyDeleteRemember that post I did a while back that mentioned the comma that's between 'Atlanta' and 'Georgia'?
If not, here's the deal: When you write it out, you write it 'Atlanta, Georgia' right? The comma serves a purpose. It's so that you don't confuse one with the other. Atlanta may be the capital of Georgia, but it's not Georgia. It's a whole 'nuther planet.
All that to say this. Them idiots in Atlanta (and not everyone in Atlanta is an idiot, but they got more than their share) went and named the section of GA-10 at the intersection with I-285 after her. It's on the map as 'Memorial Drive' but there's a big green sign there that says 'Cynthia McKinney Parkway.'
